Where is my email stored?

NightOwl Mail is a Canadian company, and your mail is stored by Hetzner Online on servers in Germany (European Union). Our privacy policy lists every service we use.

Can I get help in French?

Yes. Support is bilingual: write to support@nightowlmail.ca in English or French and a person in Atlantic Canada answers, usually the same day.

Do you charge GST/HST?

Yes, Canadian customers pay GST/HST on top of the CA$ price, and it is shown on your receipt.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. With the business tools you can send from your company address on your own domain, or from your nightowlmail.ca address.
