Do the business email templates cost extra?

No. The templates, brand kit, team signatures, client lists and birthday sends are included in NightOwl Mail: CA$3.99/month or CA$39/year plus GST/HST, after the free trial. Free for active WebNewBee and EnAffaire customers.

Can I use my own domain email?

Yes. Connect your company mailbox (your own domain) and send every template from it, or send from your nightowlmail.ca address.

Is it allowed to email my client list?

Yes, to clients who agreed to hear from you or bought from you recently. NightOwl records how each client agreed, adds your business name, mailing address and an unsubscribe link to every list email, and never emails anyone who unsubscribed, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.

Will the templates look right in Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Each email is built for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo, and includes a link to see it with its animation.
